There are simple things that can decide your long term health that doctors are not talking about. Not because they don’t care or don’t want to, but because they don’t fully understand it. Their job is acute care, not chronic care.
My goal is for you to be empowered to understand where you are right now with your health (BTW - it’s not all about physical symptoms, there could be things going on ‘under the hood’ that you don’t know about) so you can create a plan for where you want to be later in life.
My programs will walk you through, step by step, so you know which labs to ask your doctor for and why, how and what to eat based on your lab work and how you’re feeling and a manageable list of things to do as you age to support your health long term.
