Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 1⁄2 cups nondairy milk or water
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1⁄2-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsulphured coconut shreds (topping)



  • CLEANSE SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients:
    • 1 1⁄2 cups nondairy milk or water
    • 1 cup mixed greens
    • 2 kale leaves
    • 1⁄2 avocado
    • 1 orange
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • dash of cayenne


    • Carrot-Apple Smoothie

      Ingredients:
      • 2 large carrots, roughly chopped
      • 1 apple, stemmed and cored, then roughly chopped
      • 1 frozen banana, peeled
      • 1 cup water
      • Juice of 1/2 lemon
      • Pinch of ground cinnamon
      • Pinch of ground ginger
      • Pinch of ground cardamom


    CLEANSE SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients:
    • 1 1⁄2 cups nondairy milk or water
    • 1 cup mixed greens

    • 1⁄2 avocado
    • 1 orange
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • dash of cayenne


    • Immune Smoothie

      Ingredients:
      • 1⁄2 cup nondairy milk or water
      • 1 cup kale
      • 1 handful parsley
      • 1 cup blueberries
      • 1 orange
      • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
      • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
      • 1 tablespoon bee pollen (topping)
      • dash of cinnamon (topping)


    Simple Smoothie

    Ingredients:
    • 1 1⁄2 cups of nondairy milk or water
    • 1⁄2 avocado
    • 1 apple
    • 1 cup spinach
    • dash of cinnamon
    • dash of nutmeg
