My Favorite Shake
- 1 scoop clean protein powder - this is what I use
- 8-12 oz water or coconut milk / almond milk
- 1/2-1 cup of ice
- 1/3 banana - I let mine ripen a little, break up and freeze
- 1 tbsp sunbutter / any raw nut butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp whole flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- I use a nutri-bullet, but any blender will work.
- Play with the consistency by adding more/less liquid, frozen berries or anything you love with chocolate.
- Other Variations: Use any flavor of protein powder - vanilla is really yummy with banana and nut butter or just strawberries and blueberries.
